i have done some shopping around when it comes to transmission and ATFF definitly wasn't my first choice, the prices were ridiculous and very unrealistic, i will definitly never take my vehicle there.

In response to the review regarding "worst prices": After reading all of rachelsab's reviews our opinion is that these statements are fabricated and false. Our opinion is based on the fact that the Automatic Transmission Factory (ATF) does not quote pricing over the phone due to the complex nature of transmission repair. The only way to give an accurate estimate (or price) is to bring the vehicle to our repair facility to be diagnosed, which includes scanning the vehicle with a computer, checking the fluid in the Transmission and finally a test drive. ATF is unable to perform a free diagnostic check without having the vehicle in our shop. When the problem has been verified we will give you a free estimate at that time. Just because your having a transmission problem does not mean that you will need a full rebuild, some issues can be fixed with a minor repair. Our customers come to ATF to have their vehicles properly diagnosed and repaired the first time. Shopping for the cheapest price over the phone won’t ensure that a quality repair is made.
